What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is officially available. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item in advance and securing your place in line.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. Your payment will be processed immediately upon checkout.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided on each product page. Please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
Please note that pre-order products typically take 1 to 2 months to be processed, prepared, and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on production schedules and your location.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your pre-order within 72 hours of placing your order by contacting us at marketmuse2000@gmail.com. After this period, cancellations or modifications may not be possible, as your order may already be in production or processing.
Shipping
Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. Please allow approximately 1 to 2 months from the date of your order for your pre-order to be shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
Pre-ordered items are subject to our standard return and refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your product upon receipt, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
